This Tic-Tac-Toe clone sets Homer Simpson against the evil Montgomery Burns. Homer and Burns have often duelled in key Simpson episodes. Some of these include when Homer was the nuclear plant Union leader standing off against Mr Burns the capitalist; or when Homer almost killed Burns just so he would remember his name in "Who shot Mr Burns?" In any case, Springfield just wouldn't be the same without these legends.
